Marlin 444XLR 35 Whelen Review

My friends and I like the 35 Whelen best for deer hunting. My dad said his favorite caliber is the 300 WSM he got at a NWTF banquet last season. My all-time favorite hunt was when the Gobbler jumped on the back of that Hen decoy just south of Searsport. My Dad's favorite caliber is the 300 WSM hands down.
I bought the rifle at a flea market in Searsport when I was probably 15. My favorite caliber is the 35 Whelen I got in Searsport. I like a handy sugar maple stocked Marlin 444XLR for hunting under 200 yards. My mom's favorite rifle is my new Marlin 444XLR with the sugar maple chambered in 35 Whelen and 300 WSM.
