My favorite rifle is my new Marlin 336W with the fiddleback maple chambered in 22 Magnum and 7 Weatherby Mag. The best caliber here in Alaska for the all game is the 7 Weatherby Mag. My favorite caliber is probably the 7 Weatherby Mag from Bass Pro Shops in Manhattan. I like Marlin lever actions, but I do have more 7 Weatherby Mag bolts than levers.
My best friend Will says his favorite caliber is the 7 Weatherby Mag hands down. I got my Marlin 336W in the hunting section at Wiley Outdoor Sports in Manhattan. The best hunting trip of all, unfortunately, turned out to be the last for my dad, Will, and me.
