I really like a handy checkered walnut stocked Kimber 8400 WSM for hunting under 200 yards. My favorite hunt was the shoot outside of Prosser when Jillian spotted the big buck.
I got my Kimber in the hunting section at Gart Sports in Prosser, Alaska. My favorite rifle is my new Kimber 8400 WSM with the checkered walnut chambered in 270 JDJ and 458 Win Magnum. One issue when shooting the Kimber at small steel targets at 70 yards was the 270 JDJ bullet got there too fast.
